In 12 years of large-scale student ministry, I was able to lead the planning team for massive events for kids, teens, and families. Trainings

It's a fact: Effective ministry can't be done without volunteers. This is something that every ministry leader recognizes, but few really understand and implement. In order to have fully-engaged volunteers, ministry leaders need to know how to recruit, train, develop, and release teams of people to accomplish the work of ministry. This requires a thorough strategy, and unfortunately, these concepts usually aren't taught in college or seminary classes.
